  Diamond developed a 30-egg tray, designed for the
maximum protection of eggs from 45 grams to 85 grams.
The “Deep Pocket” Diamond tray is the only tray
designed by a packing machine manufacturer. It considers
denesters, tray washers, tray spin dryers, farmpackers,
automatic loaders, preloaders and tray stackers. The
high post and deep pocket allows 85-gram eggs to be
packed and properly protected without the egg
supporting the weight of the trays stacked 6 tiers high.
This tray maintains an overall compact width and length
dimension of less than 30cm x 30cm, eliminating the need
for machinery adjustments or modification found in big
trays attempting to protect big eggs.
