the production unit, egg storage and optional refrigeration, truck loading docks, and proper elevation
requirements. Diamond is able to plan your egg grading plant for you. We have experience with inline
egg production installations feeding directly into the egg graders or offline where eggs are transported
in from other locations. Diamond will design your floor space requirements, refrigeration needs,
employee lunchrooms, maintenance facilities, and dry storage packaging warehouse requirements.
We will design an efficient flow of eggs, packaging and personnel requirements, with required
elevations for incoming and outgoing eggs, trucks, loading docks and office space. Diamond has the
ability to plan your complete egg breaking and processing for your specific needs. Our engineers and
manufacturing staff can provide all the knowledge you need to build a new facility or expand an
existing one. Pasteurizers, filters, chillers, storage tanks, spray dryers, CIP systems, are all available
through Diamond. Diamond’s consulting services includes helping you plan complete egg production,
grading and further processing operations. The services includes egg packaging needs, various plant
configurations and preventative maintenance requirements. Diamond is the only company that has
