There are several options that will expand the flexability of Diamond Graders. All these functions are available for the Innova series and some also can be added to the Diamond 2100, 8200, 8300, and 8400 series graders. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

 

	Single station Crack and Leak detection with Leak removal - The single station removal system consists of crack detection, leak detection, and leak removal. In this configuration, the digital scales are located in the transfer entry area. Cracked eggs are identified with the leak lanes, and can be assigned to various locations depending on the customers needs.  Leaking eggs are dropped into a leak chute and can be collected in a bucket, or can be taken away with an optional auger system.
	Multi-Station Crack and Leak detection with Leak removal and optional preferred inline egg collection - The multi-station removal system consists of crack detection, leak detection, leak removal, upstream digital scales and two optional preferred egg collection areas. These optional egg collection areas can be configured to collect any size first or second quality eggs directly from the infeed conveyor. Eggs can be routed from there to other equipment by a conveyor system, or can be delivered directly to a farmpacker.  Cracked eggs are identified with the leak lanes, and can be assigned to various locations depending on the customers needs.  Leaking eggs are dropped into a leak chute and can be collected in a bucket, or can be taken away with an optional auger system.
	Diamond Vision System - The optional Vision system is available to detect manure, feathers, egg yolk, egg white and other anomalies on eggs, and can be ordered to function on white eggs, brown eggs, or a combination of both white and brown eggs. This unit can also be used in conjunction with a leak removal system to find leaking eggs.  The unit inspects eggs with a series of special cameras and uses special lighting to determine unwanted anomilies from normal egg spots such as freckles on brown eggs.  The sensitivity of the unit can be adjusted by the customer.
	Blood Detection - Optional blood detection maximizes the speed of graders, reduces manual candler labor, and improves the quality or the finished pack.  It also reduces the over inspection and rejection of good eggs. The blood detector has sensitivity adjustments so the size of the blood spot being rejected can be determined. Electronic blood detection is much more accurate than using manual candling lights.  This system works well on both brown and white eggs.
