On farms without grading equipment, the eggs must be prepaired for transport by putting them into trays. Diamond Farmpackers have the reputation of doing this very gently and reliably. Diamond Farmpackers are constructed of stainless steel, are easy to clean and have a very compact footprint. All Diamond farmpackers can also be equipped with an optional tray stacker to stack 30 egg trays six tiers high before transport to reduce labor. All farmpacker models are available in left or righthand to maximize your packing room efficiency and have adjustable legs to meet most housebelt heights. These rugged, reliable machines are an excellent solution for your farmpacking needs.

	70 Farmpacker - This machine is a compact, stainless steel unit that can pack up to 25,200 eggs per hour on paper or plastic 30 egg trays. The trays dispense from the denester, and the eggs are gathered on the reservoir and then routed through the head where the eggs are automatically end aligned and placed gently into the egg trays. The trays are then conveyed to a 90° or 180° take away conveyor where they can be unloaded. A reservoir control sensor stops the incoming flow of eggs from the cage layer units on all Diamond farmpackers to prevent an over supply. The infeed reservoir can be extended for conveyors feeding the sides of the packer.
	100 FPX Farmpacker - The stainless steel FPX 100 Farmpacker handles 36,000 eggs per hour, slowly and gently, 6 eggs at a time. This farmpacker has many innovative features including: Servo motor driven pushers which allow more accurate and varied indexes for different size trays. Automatic speed up and slow down feature based on the amount of egg flow coming into the machine. State of the art controls system with keypad and interactive display for easy machine diagnostics and improved fault detection. Built in egg counter. Electronically adjustable speed control. User friendly design with excellent access to the reservoir and handy access points for routine maintenance. New packer head design with less transfer points, better egg handling and continuous motion air cell end alignment. All functions can be accessed and tested individually from the keypad including package indexing changes.
	200 Farmpacker - The highest capacity Diamond farmpacker available handles 72,000 eggs per hour into plastic or paper trays, packing 12 eggs at a time into 2 trays from one dependable denester. This is a very compact, reliable, high speed unit with egg counting and flow controls as standard features. A variable speed design maximizes efficiency and labor requirements. All Diamond packers have fingers that slowly release a row of eggs after they are lowered inside the paper or plastic tray for the most gentle egg handling. Two tray stackers can be added to the 200 Farmpacker to further reduce labor and improve egg handling.
	Tray stacker - The Diamond stacker saves labor and gently stacks 30 egg plastic and paper trays six tiers high. These units can be used on all Diamond Farmpackers as well as AP packers. The addition of a stacker is a great cost savings in labor.
