washing and grading from 9,000 to 36,000 eggs
per hour and offer a full range of options from an
entirely manual low volume machine to a fully
automatic system. These machines are designed
to upgrade as your business and markets grow. The 2100 is ideal for free range eggs, specialty markets, repacking
graded eggs and handling unique packaging material. It can be custom configured to meet an individual need and budget.
All models come with digital scales and Diamond's exclusive touch screen software which operates on the Windows®
XP platform. A 2100 can be equipped with manual, semi automatic and automatic. Options include inline accumulators or
off line loaders along with egg washers, manual or semi automatic candling, carton packers. denesters, daters, closers
and labeling equipment. Diamond has taken all of its high speed egg handling experience and refined it down to a simple
and rugged 6 wide infeed system for the stainless steel 2100 series. The reliability, gentle egg handling and easy
cleanup are the fundamental design standards Diamond has always had. There is no need for a maze of complicated
little parts to grade and pack an egg or clean at the end ofthe day.
