 Diamond graders are the most efficient in throughput per man hour, have
the lowest operating cost, the shortest clean up time and the highest resale
value. The new generation INNOVA series, scalable to a customer’s specific
needs and future growth, will establish even higher standards in machine
performance, hygiene and return on investment. The capacity from 36,000 to
182,000 eggs per hour provides up to 505 cases per hour of throughput and
very gentle egg handling, from loading to carton closing and box packing, on
a stainless steel system, easy to maintain with a minimum of machine operators.
The INNOVA is available with a 6, 12 and 18 egg wide accumulator, in-feed conveyor, loader and optional egg washer.
Lower capacity INNOVA graders can be upgraded to higher volumes with more options as the business grows or the
egg market changes. The INNOVA has a very open, accessible design with a minimum amount of moving parts to clean,
maintain, or replace. It is a simple, straight forward architecture without the maze of complicated and intricate plastic
moving parts found on other machine designs. Diamond’s low capacity graders are capable of washing and grading
from 9,000 to 36,000 eggs per hour and offer a full range of options from an entirely manual low volume
machine to a fully automatic system.
