 The INNOVA 6 wide grades and packs 36,000 to 72,000 eggs per hour directly
from bird houses or with automatic loading. Each machine is custom configured
to meet the needs of the producer. The INNOVA 6w is available with optional
egg washing, total automatic candling and case packing and can be configured
with a full range of options from an entirely manual low volume machine to a
fully automatic system. All INNOVA models come with digital scales and
Diamond's exclusive touch screen software which operates on the Windows®
XP platform. It can be equipped with manual, semi automatic and automatic packing lanes, and its options include inline
accumulators or off line loaders along with egg washers, manual or semi automatic, or fully automatic candling. Diamond
has taken all of its high speed egg handling experience and refined it down to a simple and rugged 6 wide infeed system.
