Egg Breaker 200 S

The 200S breaker is the Six Row version of the 400S breaker, with a capacity of 72,000 eggs per hour and with the same features: High liquid recovery, low maintenance and with the High Purity Egg Whites System. Both the 200S and 400S can be installed with our ProSort system. ProSort consists of a washdown candler, electronic scales and up to three Eggstractors. This system allows the processor to accurately weigh all the eggs going to the breaker and the option to remove certain sizes of eggs when the egg market requires them. For example, a processor can set the system to remove all eggs between 60 and 70 grams and sell them in the shell egg market. The system also includes the Laser Wand that allows the operator to “tag” dirty or “leaking” eggs to be removed by the Eggstractors.
