We are very pleased to announce the release of the latest addition to our family of graders,
the 18W INNOVA. This new grader has an infeed conveyor that is 18 rows wide and is
able to grade and pack eggs at up to 180,000 eggs per hour, or 500 cases per hour. The
infeed conveyor on the 18W Innova actually runs slower than the infeed conveyors on the
6W and 12W models, which allows more time for the eggs to go through the egg washer.
This results in a total Washer length that is reduced by 25%. The 18W INNOVA is available
with all of the features that are currently available on the INNOVA 12W and the INNOVA
6W, including crack detection, leak detection and removal, dirt detection, blood detection,
and egg removal from the infeed conveyor. With the optional multi station removal system,
a customer can weigh and reject undergrades as well as certain first quality sizes for
breaking stock, right from the infeed conveyor. The entire transfer and infeed conveyor is
totally washdown for easy clean up. The 18W INNOVA also has a servo drive system that
is self timed without the need for shear pins and other timing sensors. Diamond now offers
