Diamond proudly introduces the stainless steel 100 FPX farmpacker with a capacity of up to 36,000 eggs per hour
This new system is the result of years of experience and customer input combined with the most advanced engineering
concepts and the very latest servo technology. This packer includes many new options and features including:
Servo motor driven pushers which allow more accurate and varied indexes for different size trays. Reduction of the
number of parts to adjust and repair. Automatic speed up and slow down feature based on the amount of egg flow coming
into the machine. State of the art controls system with keypad and interactive display for easy machine diagnostics and
improved fault detection. Built in egg counter. Electronically adjustable speed control. User friendly design with better
access to the reservoir and handy access points for routine maintenance. New packer head design with less transfer
points and better egg handling and continuous motion air cell end alignment. All functions can be accessed and tested
individually from the keypad including package indexing changes.This farmpacker can also be equipped with an optional tray stacker to pack 30 egg trays six
tiers high before transport to reduce labor. Left hand or right hand configuration and extended infeed for more egg conveyors are options also available. The
height of the farmpacker can be adjusted to handle a complete range of incoming egg belt heights. The first automatic farmpacker was introduced in the 1960’s to
help the egg producer collect and pack more gently and efficiently. We introduced the first 30 egg tray stacker in 1987, which reduced labor, egg breakage and
increased throughput. These farmpackers have many infeed configurations and output product flow arrangements and include an automatic denester that does
a superior job on all popular paper and plastic 30 egg trays. We can also help you to design your packing plant. Our total knowledge of the egg industry is applied
to the design of each customer's packing room requirements. The production unit, egg collection system and market needs are all considered when Diamond
designs a packing plant. A single packer or a multiple number of packers with infeed conveyors will be included in the overall design based on the size of the
farm. Optional egg inspection areas are available along with on-farm washing, oiling, and tray stacking of the finished product. Locations for storage of
packaging material, refrigeration, truck loading docks, plant personnel and all utilities will all be considered in the Diamond building design. Diamond is the world’s
