New CCE Reverse Osmosis system fully automated, skid mounted,
Columbus Concept Engineering (CCE) Reverse osmosis (RO) system for
concentration of egg whites before spray drying that guarantees no protein
loss as compared to ultra filtration (U.F.) systems. PLC controls with touch
screen interface with operating data storage for maintenance and quality
purposes. Easy to operate by controlling the inlet and outlet flow, the
operator only has to set the inlet/outlet ratios. The system produces highly
concentrated albumen; it can reach solids levels of up to 25% when
concentrating albumen with 11% solids. The system can operate
continuously for more then 16 hours without CIP cleaning and has an
integrated CIP system (self cleaning) Optional: pH adjustment, for the
finished product.
