This stainless steel, compact, and reliable packer easily handles 25,000 eggs per hour on paper or plastic 30 egg trays. It takes the eggs from the reservoir through the end alignment to a 90° or 180° take away conveyor. Available in a left or right hand configuration, it takes a minimum amount of floor space. A reservoir control sensor stops the incoming flow of eggs from the cage layer units on all Diamond farmpackers to prevent an over supply. The infeed reservoir can be extended for conveyors feeding the sides of the packer. Two or more packers can be installed for greater throughput or more flexibility.
